Training
You will never be alone. Before you embark on this career, AIA provides foundation training to ensure your financial proficiency in servicing your customers. FSCs will be prepared for the following certifications:

  • • CMFAS Module 5
    • CMFAS Module 9
    • CMFAS Module 8
    • Certificate in Health Insurance (HI)
    • Certificate in Basic Concepts and Principles (BCP)
    • Certificate in Personal General Insurance (PGI)
    • Certificate in Commercial General Insurance (ComGI)


AIA takes tremendous pride in FSCs’ perseverance and tireless efforts. In recognition of your efforts, AIA will award the FSCs with various producer club memberships status based on their annual production and performance. AIA even further extend their appreciation for their FSCs’ exemplary contribution through attractive incentives including contest challenges and convention travel privileges*.

  • • Singaporean or Singapore PR

  • • Minimum of 4 ‘O’ level credits and above
