As a Recruitment Officer, your challenge lies in:
•Recruiting Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) for Jeffeury Tan District.- •Implementing recruitment strategies or sourcing plans
(e.g. organise recruitment road shows, cold calling, recruitment surveys, career exhibitions, career workshops) - •Eventual development into an independent recruitment wing for Jeffeury Tan District
- •Develop your own team of recruitment professionals
- •Training and personal coaching will be provided prior to actual job placement.
Remuneration:
- •Basic salary of S$1500 to S$2000 per month
- •Medical benefits
•Attractive performance-based bonuses
Requirements:
- •Full time positon
- •21 years and above
- •Singaporean or Singapore PR
- •Minimum A-levels holders, Diploma and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- •Committed, confident and independent
- •Engaging and results-oriented
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
