I used to hate it whenever my mother made me stay at home because the insurance agent was coming over and I had to sign the documents for the policies she was going to buy for me. Thankfully, that agent was ever so patient and the medical bills from the several accidents I had in the subsequent years were taken care of. Now, my role has switched completely. There is a sense of immense satisfaction when you know the people who put their signature down on that piece of paper, would be covered should unforseen events happen to them. This career path has also allowed me to enjoy the fruits of my labour. I’m rewarded according to how hard I work and how much effort I put in!

I purchased my own insurance plans at the age of 21 when I first joined the work force as I want my family to be adequately-protected should anything happen to me. In December 2009, I chanced upon an opportunity to be part of the AIA family and I am now able to help my clients in planning for their financial future as well as providing protection for them and their loved ones. This gives me a sense of job satisfication.
